  • Selects one of your services and then one of your staff members who can provide this service.
  • Then the client proceeds to the availability calendar to choose a convenient date and time for the appointment. 
  • The calendar and working hours graphic view is very intuitive and easy to use for everyone. 
  • Having chosen a free time slot the client fills in the appointment request form that is fully configurable. You can add any number of additional fields to collect information specific to your business.
  • After the appointment enters the system, both the client and the staff member instantly receive email notifications. The client can also opt to be reminded prior to the appointment.
  • The system allows accepting "queued" appointments. When a client is uncertain about the exact time, she has an option to book a queued appointment, then a staff member will choose an appropriate date and time.
  • The system features several payment gateways integration such as Paypal, Authorize.Net, Nochex. You can instantly accept payments for your appointments. Also there is an option for offline payment when your clients can choose to pay at your office.
  
For Your Staff
The staff members have individual appointment management control panels that allow them to accept or to reject new appointment requests, review current appointments, manage their working hours and holidays.
